LINK: After hearing his boss say in relation to a rapist "As a woman, I'd like to cut off his dick with a rusty hacksaw and ram it down his throat", Matt decided it should be the rape victims who constructed what punishment their perpetrators should get... because he couldn't think of a better sentence if he tried, even if his own dick felt slightly sensitive after the comment.
